About Decorish

Decorish is a small independent publication about interior style, with a bias toward furniture. Not trends, not whole-house reveals — single rooms, and usually a single piece of furniture, examined properly.

What we publish

Each study takes one room and works outward from the piece that anchors it. What sits beside it. What light it needs. What the measurements actually have to be. What it costs to get close to the look, and where that cost is worth paying.

We write about proportions and materials more than we write about brands, because the proportions are the part that transfers to your room and the brands mostly do not.

About the imagery

The room photographs on this site are AI-rendered concept images. They are original, made for this publication, and they depict rooms that do not exist. We label this on every post rather than in the small print, because a reader deserves to know whether they are looking at a photograph or a rendering.

We use them because they let us illustrate a specific idea — a 450mm bench under a 750mm table, a lamp reaching over the correct shoulder — instead of finding an approximate stock photo and hoping. The furniture in them is not for sale, and we never pretend otherwise. Where we recommend something you can actually buy, we say so plainly and link to it.
